Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 October 2026.
These terms describe the use of Booking Master, operated by Adrian Moore trading as Coastal Web (ABN 51 626 115 776), Western Australia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that operator.
Contact us at admin@bookingmaster.com.au. Read our Privacy Policy for information about personal information.
1. The platform and booking providers
Booking Master provides software for businesses to manage services, booking forms, availability, bookings, customer records, payments and supported integrations. Available features depend on the business’s selected plan and configuration.
The business offering a service is responsible for supplying that service, its descriptions, availability, prices, customer communications, and booking cancellation and refund terms. Coastal Web does not become the provider of a transport or other booked service simply because a booking is made through Booking Master.
Customers should contact the business shown on their booking about the booked service or a booking refund. Contact Coastal Web about the operation of the software. These distinctions do not exclude any responsibility we have under applicable law.
2. Business accounts and authorised users
You must be authorised to act for the business whose account you use. Supply accurate account information, keep login details secure, and grant staff only the access they need. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
The account owner is responsible for managing authorised users and for ensuring that their use of Booking Master and the information they enter are lawful. Staff access is subject to the account’s permissions and available plan features.
3. Permitted use
You may use Booking Master for the booking and business-management purposes supported by your account. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious software, circumvent access controls, or use the platform to send unlawful communications.
Only collect and enter information you have a lawful basis to use. Provide appropriate notices to your customers and obtain any necessary consents, including for sensitive information or optional integrations.
4. Plans, payments and cancellation
Any subscription price, billing interval, trial conditions, included features and applicable taxes must be disclosed when you select or purchase a plan. Check the details presented before confirming payment. A recurring subscription renews only on the basis disclosed and authorised at purchase.
You can request subscription cancellation through the available account controls or by contacting support. Cancelling a subscription and closing an account are separate actions: confirm the effective cancellation or closure date with us. Any refund or remedy required by Australian law remains available. Contact us if a charge is incorrect or the service has not been supplied as agreed.
Payments for bookings are separate from a business’s subscription charges. The booking provider’s disclosed terms apply to those payments, subject to applicable law.
5. Stripe and other external services
Where enabled, Stripe processes online card payments. Payment processing and banking services are supplied by the relevant provider under its own terms. A refund must be initiated through the supported payment workflow; editing an accounting entry alone does not return money to a customer.
External services may have their own fees, account requirements, limits and outages. We will take reasonable care in operating supported integrations, but cannot guarantee the availability of another provider’s service.
6. QuickBooks Online integration
An authorised business user can connect the business’s QuickBooks Online company by signing in to Intuit and approving access. The business does not need to create an Intuit developer app or enter Booking Master’s app credentials.
If you confirm automatic accounting setup, Booking Master may create or reuse matching dedicated income, Stripe clearing, service-item and online-sales customer records in the connected company. It uses a supported existing sales GST code. You can review the accounting choices in Advanced accounting settings before starting sync.
The current integration supports Australian companies using AUD and prices inclusive of 10% GST. Eligible successful online Stripe booking payments are exported as individual sales receipts, and their successful refunds as refund receipts. Cash payments, Square invoices and manually recorded payment markers are excluded. This integration does not email customers from QuickBooks.
The first start includes eligible payments received from that point onwards. Pausing and resuming keeps the original start date and can catch up eligible payments. Older sales are not automatically imported. Stripe fees, bank payouts and chargebacks are not imported by this integration.
Review the company selected, accounting choices, sync status and accounting records. Reconcile Stripe payouts and fees separately and avoid recording imported sales twice through another integration or bank-feed workflow. Booking Master is not a substitute for accounting or tax advice.
You can pause syncing or disconnect in Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting stops future use of the connection by Booking Master; records already created in QuickBooks and retained sync history are not automatically deleted. You can also manage or revoke access through Intuit’s connected-app controls. Changes made directly in QuickBooks are not automatically copied back into bookings.
7. Information, exports and account closure
You retain your rights in the business information you supply. You allow us to store and process that information as needed to provide, secure and support Booking Master and carry out your authorised integration instructions.
Keep appropriate copies of records needed for your business and statutory obligations. Request any required exports before closing the account. Subject to legal retention requirements, our closed-account policy is to retain operational data for 30 days after closure and then delete it. This period runs from account closure, not merely from cancelling a subscription.
Some records may need to be retained for legal, billing or dispute-handling purposes. Backup copies may remain subject to the hosting provider’s backup cycle; the active-account deletion period does not promise that every backup copy is removed within 30 days. Contact us to discuss an access, export or deletion request.
8. Availability, support and suspension
We take reasonable care to maintain the platform and protect the information entrusted to it. Maintenance, faults and external-service issues can affect availability. Report problems to support so we can investigate and provide an appropriate response.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent action may be needed to protect accounts or information. Suspension does not remove statutory rights or automatically delete historical records.
9. Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those protections apply, you remain entitled to the applicable remedies.
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. These terms do not make you responsible for loss caused by our negligence or unlawful conduct.
10. Changes, complaints and governing law
We will communicate material proposed changes to these terms or paid services before they take effect and provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to discuss them or end the affected service. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Urgent legal or security changes may require shorter notice.
Send complaints to admin@bookingmaster.com.au, describing the issue and your preferred resolution. We will investigate and seek a fair resolution. You may also use any regulator, tribunal, court or other complaint process available to you.
Western Australian law and applicable Commonwealth law govern these terms. This does not remove mandatory protections or dispute-resolution rights that apply to you elsewhere.
